Since our beginning in 1927 and Chartered July 18, 1930 , American Legion Paradise Post 79 has been welcoming VETERANS from all branches of our Armed Forces. Joining our Post enables you to continue serving your God, community, state and nation. Our mission is to implement the goals, aspirations, dreams, peace and blessings for our country, friends and families embodied in our preamble below.
To the wonderful patriotic citizens of the New Port Richey, Florida community, help us: to continue sponsoring scholarships for our children, Little League Baseball, six units of Boys Scouts of America, Boys State, American Legion Baseball and Junior ROTC units, etc.; to give aid and assistance to our local needy Veterans and their families; and to continue to support worthy community programs and projects.
